How to set rate limit rules based on the requirement

Problem Statement

The client requires to secure its website from brute force attack.

SOLUTION

The client can achieve the above requirement by utilizing the Rate limit Rule feature of the SLB.

Steps to Solve :-

Step 1 :- We have to show the page where our request is going .

Request is going on our default page

Step 2 :- Go to Stack > SLB>Listeners>Rules>Rate limit rules>Add rule>Save changes

Step 3 :- Client request will be drooped Because client define the request rate for the page and the client can define the track limit in order to track if the rate is exceeding the limit or not and specify the time duration for which the rule will limit the request.
